Payment and delivery

Payment card (online via the Internet)

After placing the order, you are redirected to the bank's secure payment gateway, where you enter the necessary data. If the transaction is authorized, payment will be made immediately and we will ship the goods no later than the next day, if goods are in stock.

We support payments with 3DS security.

Tired of filling in payment details? Simply save your credit card for your next purchase by clicking Remember card for future purchase. Your payment details will be stored as secure information in our payment gateway, and the next time you make a purchase, you just choose which card you want to pay with without having to fill in the required information all over again. Our employees do not have access to this sensitive information. Your saved payment cards can be managed in your account in the My payment cards tab.

TatraPay

You will pay via a pre-filled payment order in your internet banking.

DPD courier service

The ordered product is delivered via the DPD courier service.
The goods will be delivered within 1-2 working days from the dispatch of the shipment.
Upon shipment, shipment-related information is delivered to your e-mail, including the package delivery number.

For parcels sent by cash on delivery, you pay directly to the driver delivering you the parcel. Payment can be made in cash, as well as by credit or debit card.

Important - Please check the condition of the parcel when accepting it. Pay attention to the condition of our tape – it should not be damaged in any way or taped backed again. In case of any doubts, do not take over the parcel and inform us immediately so that we can agree on the further steps. Alternatively, you may take over the parcel and open it immediately in front of the delivery person.

If you take over the shipment and find your goods damaged or missing, we can no longer enter into a possible complaint procedure between you and the delivery company. Later complaints will not be taken into account.
