Install the unit on a stable, flat surface indoors. Wear the included UV-protection goggles and ensure your skin is clean and free of makeup or perfume. Set the timer according to your skin type (start with 5–10 minutes if new). After use, allow the bed to cool and apply a moisturiser or tan-extender to help retain your glow. Indoor use only.
